Working Experience:

Graduated from the Academy of Finance in 2003, Mr. Phuong joined KPMG (one of the Big 4 audit firms) through an internship with outstanding performance. In 2008, when the Ministry of Finance tightened the CPA examination, he was one of only four people in Northern Vietnam to be granted a CPA certificate that year. He has participated in numerous training courses organized by KPMG. At KPMG, Mr. Phuong was appointed to positions such as Auditor and Audit Manager after 5 years of work. Subsequently, he held Deputy Director positions at several reputable auditing firms in Vietnam.

With 13 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing across various roles, Mr. Phuong possesses deep insights into economic sectors and extensive experience auditing state-owned corporations, foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), credit institutions, and insurance companies. Notably, he is highly experienced in management within auditing firms, having served in various capacities across multiple organizations.
